Parmesan Chicken

  • 5 lbs. chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. Combine Parmesan cheese, Panko, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper into a gallon-size zip-lock plastic bag.
  3. Zip the bag closed and shake vigorously to mix together thoroughly.
  4. Spray cooking spray on a sheet pan with at least 1″ sides.
  5. Place each piece of chicken into the bag, coat completely with mix, then place onto the baking pan.
  6. Take excess mix and sprinkle over the chicken on the pan.
  7. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for at least 5 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
This is a family favorite, and it couldn’t be easier or faster to prepare.
